Dilipverse operates as an online retail reseller and intermediary platform. When you place an order on dilipverse.store, we purchase the requested apparel items from our verified third-party manufacturers, brands, and suppliers ("Vendors").
To ensure your order is packed and dispatched directly to your doorstep, your necessary fulfillment details (recipient name, delivery address, phone number, and ordered item specifications) are transmitted to the specific supplier/vendor fulfilling your items and their contracted logistics carriers. This data transfer occurs strictly and solely for packaging, manifest generation, shipping, and delivery fulfillment.
1. Information We Collect
We collect personal information that you provide to us when you create an account, place an order, contact our support team, or browse our website:
- Customer Identity & Contact Details: Full name, shipping address, billing address, phone/WhatsApp number, and email address.
- Transactional & Payment Data: Necessary transaction records, payment transaction IDs, and order logs. All online payments are handled securely through PCI-DSS certified payment aggregators (Razorpay). Dilipverse does not store credit card numbers, debit card numbers, or CVVs.

2. Purpose and Legal Basis for Processing
We process your data strictly to execute our reseller contract with you and provide smooth customer service:
- To transmit the order details to our verified vendor and purchase the designated items on your behalf.
- To enable the vendor's designated logistics partner to print shipping labels, route parcels, and deliver packages to your physical address.
- To send you automated dispatch alerts, live AWB tracking links, and delivery confirmations via SMS, WhatsApp, and email.
- To facilitate 7-day doorstep size swaps, replacements, or returns in coordination with our supplier network.
- To detect, investigate, and prevent fraudulent transactions or policy violations.
3. Disclosure of Data to Third Parties & Vendors
We will never sell, lease, or monetize your personal information to third-party advertising brokers. Data is shared solely with:
- Verified Sourcing Vendors & Warehouses: Who receive your delivery name, address, phone number, and item SKUs to prepare and ship your parcel. Vendors are contractually bound not to use your personal information for independent marketing or unauthorized purposes.
- Third-Party Courier & Logistics Aggregators: (e.g., Delhivery, BlueDart, Xpressbees, Shiprocket) responsible for last-mile delivery and Cash on Delivery (COD) collection.
- Payment Gateway Partners: (Razorpay) to execute tokenized, encrypted financial settlements.
- Legal Authorities: Only when strictly required by Indian law, court subpoenas, or law enforcement regulations.
