Welcome to Dilipverse (https://dilipverse.store). These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of our website, services, and transactions. By visiting or placing an order on our platform, you agree to be bound by these terms.
Dilipverse Innovation (OPC) Private Limited operates dilipverse.store as an independent online retail reseller and purchasing intermediary. By placing an order on this website, you explicitly understand and acknowledge that:
1. Reseller Model: Dilipverse curates products on its storefront and acts as a retail reseller. When you make a purchase, we purchase the selected items on your behalf from independent third-party apparel manufacturers, suppliers, and verified vendors ("Vendors").
2. Direct Vendor Shipping: The purchased merchandise is packed, fulfilled, and shipped directly by the respective vendor or vendor's designated logistics courier from their warehouse facility to your shipping address.
3. Facilitation & Support: Dilipverse coordinates order processing, payment collection, customer care, delivery tracking, and returns/exchanges between you and the vendor.
1. Eligibility and User Account
You must be at least 18 years old or browse under the guidance of a legal guardian to transact on dilipverse.store. You are responsible for ensuring that all contact, shipping, and billing details provided during checkout are truthful, complete, and accurate.
2. Product Catalog, Imagery & Sizing Information
All garment specifications, fabric descriptions, and size guides displayed on our storefront are sourced directly from our vendor network. While we strive to display garment colors, cuts, and motifs with high fidelity, subtle shade variations may occur due to device display configurations. Sizing follows standard Indian kids wear metrics.
3. Pricing, GST & Invoicing
All prices quoted on dilipverse.store are in Indian Rupees (₹ INR) and include all applicable GST taxes. We reserve the right to revise catalog prices or withdraw promotional vouchers at our discretion. If an item is mistakenly cataloged with an incorrect price, we reserve the right to contact you before processing or cancel the order with a full refund.
4. Vendor Sourcing & Order Placement
A legally binding retail transaction occurs when you submit an order and we confirm receipt. Upon confirmation, Dilipverse transmits the purchase order to the relevant vendor. If a vendor reports a stock-out or quality defect before dispatch, we will notify you promptly and provide an immediate full refund.
5. Split Shipments & Vendor Couriers
Orders containing garments from multiple distinct manufacturers may arrive in separate packages with distinct tracking numbers. Dilipverse absorbs all split packaging costs, and customers are never charged additional delivery fees.
6. Intellectual Property
The Dilipverse trade name, logo, custom web graphics, curated descriptions, and digital layouts are protected under Indian intellectual property laws. Third-party brand logos and imagery belong to their respective manufacturers or licensors.
7. Limitation of Liability
As a retail reseller, Dilipverse Innovation (OPC) Private Limited shall not be held liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from vendor shipping delays, force majeure events, or misuse of products. In all scenarios, Dilipverse's aggregate liability is strictly capped at the total amount paid by the customer for the order in question.
8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. Any legal dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of these terms or transactions on dilipverse.store shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Jaipur, Rajasthan, India.
